Suggestions and recommendations for use
Garnish with apple sauce, an oven-baked pear or other fruit as a starter or main. Ideal for Christmas meals.

Cook the truffle white pudding for 15-20 minutes on a very low heat, turn regularly and don't pierce the skin so you cook it enough to look caramelised, as per the photos.

You can cook it in a knob of butter.
